Are you an experienced Marketing Assistant looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting a full time, permanent Marketing Assistant to work closely with the Marketing Director on implementing and delivering a marketing strategy. Wealth Management Administrator
Type of Role
Shaftesbury, Sherborne or Canford Cliffs
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join our team in Shaftesbury, Sherborne or Canford Cliffs office. You will be supporting a team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners and you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Experience within a Wealth Management administration role is essential in particular knowledge an understanding of writing new business suitability letters, this will be the main responsibility together with experience of processing new business applications which would be desirable.
For this position, you will need to be well organised, meticulous with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be able to build strong relations with staff members and clients. Accuracy and attention to detail being very important. Good planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
A quick learner, with good attention to detail, you will be used to working in a logical & disciplined manner. Professional industry qualifications desirable or working towards and support will be provided.
Salary dependent on experience, with access to a company pension and bonus scheme after a qualifying period.
